VPNFeel Setup Guide
Follow the same process from account setup to connection: check your plan and subscription, import them into the client on your device, then test access to confirm everything works.
Screens and button labels can vary between operating systems and client versions. This guide uses common labels such as “Subscription,” “Configuration,” and “Import” to point you to the right place. Follow the instructions in your user panel and the labels in your current client. If the wording differs, check the function rather than looking for an exact match.
Create an Account and Save Your Login Details
First, open the account creation page in the VPNFeel user panel. VPNFeel doesn’t require an email address; create an account with a username and password. Follow the on-screen instructions, check that your username is correct, and submit the form. Use a unique password and save your login details in a trusted password manager so you can sign back in to the panel after installing the client.
Once your account is created, make sure you’re in your user panel. If you’re still on the login page, sign in with the details you just saved. Use the panel to check your plan, get your subscription, and manage orders. The client runs the connection on your device; it serves a different purpose. When importing the client later, don’t paste your panel password as the subscription link.
If account creation fails, read the message near the form first. Check that your entries meet the page requirements and that your browser hasn’t autofilled details for another account. Don’t create multiple similar accounts to troubleshoot, as your payment and subscription could end up split across them. Once you can access the panel, choose a plan. If you already have an account, sign in to that one instead.
Choose a Plan and Check Your Payment
Go to the Plans section in the user panel and choose a billing option that fits how you use the service. Monthly plans suit ongoing use: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date, so check the plan status and reset schedule shown in the panel rather than assuming it follows the calendar month. Web browsing, video streaming, and file transfers use different amounts of data; choose an allowance that fits your needs.
If your usage varies, consider a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data is available until used and never expires. Data packages and monthly plans work differently, so don’t apply the monthly reset schedule to a data package. See the full pricing details on the Plans and Pricing page, and check the plan name, price, and billing method before placing your order.
Once you’ve chosen a plan, create an order as prompted in the panel and pay using Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, return to the same user panel and check the order result and plan status. If the payment page shows that payment is complete but the panel hasn’t updated yet, refresh the order status and check which account is signed in. Don’t pay again just because the page hasn’t changed. If you need help, submit your order details through the support ticket option in the panel.
All plans allow unlimited simultaneous devices, so choose based mainly on data allowance and how you’ll use it. VPNFeel offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy; see the Refund Policy for details. If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Review the confirmation details in the panel before proceeding. Once your plan status is active, go to the account overview to get your subscription.
Get Your Subscription Link from the Account Overview
Open the account overview in the user panel. First, make sure you’re signed in to the same account you used to pay, then find the subscription, copy link, or client import option. A subscription provides the client with available route configurations; it isn’t the name of a specific route. If the panel offers a quick import option for your client, use it. If your browser asks whether to open the client, check the app name before continuing.
For manual import, use the copy option in the panel to copy the complete subscription link. Don’t select only part of the visible text or copy the surrounding instructions. The link may include parameters used to identify your account, and leaving any part out can cause updates to fail. Paste it directly into your own client. Don’t submit it to a public conversion site or share it in public chats or screenshots.
The subscription link and client download are separate: downloading a client doesn’t import your subscription, and copying the subscription doesn’t establish a connection. In the next section, install the client for your platform, then add the subscription to its configuration list. After importing, you should see routes or policies. If the list is empty, first check whether the configuration updated successfully rather than repeatedly changing your system network settings.
To use the service on another device, sign in to the same account, get your subscription, and import it into the client on that device. VPNFeel allows unlimited simultaneous devices, but keep your subscription secure. If the account overview doesn’t show what you expect, check your plan status first. For subscription update failures and account issues, see the Help Center.
Install the Client and Import Configuration by Platform
Open the Downloads section in the user panel, select your device’s platform, and read the installation instructions provided there. Clients for Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux are available after you sign in; the iOS download option also requires an active plan. Sign in to get your subscription; this page doesn’t provide public downloads or subscription links. The steps below follow common platform workflows. Use the VPNFeel client and instructions provided in the panel.
Windows: Import from Subscriptions or Configurations
Download the VPNFeel client for Windows from the Downloads section, follow the installer instructions, and open the app. On first launch, look for the “Subscription” or “Configuration” section rather than searching for a route by name. If the panel offers quick import, leave the client running and trigger the import from the account overview. If that doesn’t open the app, choose the import-from-link option in the client and paste the full subscription link you copied into the address field.
Save and update the configuration, then wait for the download to finish and set it as the active configuration. Once the route or policy list appears, go to the connection section, choose a route, and enable the system proxy or relevant connection mode as instructed by the client. If your system requests permission, check the app name and source first. Avoid running other proxy tools at the same time, as multiple apps changing connection settings can complicate testing.
macOS: Import Configuration and Grant System Permissions
Get the VPNFeel client for macOS from the panel, then install and launch it using the instructions in the Downloads section. Add your subscription link in the app’s subscription or configuration list, save it, update the content, and select the imported configuration. If you use quick import from the panel and your browser asks whether to hand off to an app, check that it’s the right app before allowing it to open. If no configuration appears, use the link import option inside the client instead.
When connecting, macOS may ask you to confirm the network configuration or grant the client required permissions. Follow the system prompts, then check the connection status in the client. Closing the window may not quit the app; connection controls may still be available from the menu bar. To pause the connection, disconnect explicitly in the client. Continue to the verification steps below—seeing an icon in the menu bar alone doesn’t confirm that the service you want is using the connection.
Android: Import Your Subscription and Allow the VPN Connection
Sign in to the panel, download the VPNFeel client for Android from the Downloads section, and install it as prompted by your device. Open the client and go to configuration or subscription management, then paste your subscription link using the import-from-link option. Once the update succeeds, select the configuration, check the route list, and choose a route from the connection screen. If quick import doesn’t respond, make sure the client is installed and has been opened at least once, then try manual import.
The first time you connect, Android will ask you to authorize the VPN connection. Check the app name and allow it. If access works in the foreground but drops in the background, check the client’s background activity and battery optimization settings in your system’s app management. Allow the background activity needed for your device. Keep the default proxy scope while testing. You can adjust per-app proxy settings later; otherwise, an excluded app may make it seem like the subscription or route has stopped working.
iOS: Get the Client and Add Your Subscription with an Active Plan
Sign in to an account with an active plan, open the Downloads section, and use the iOS client option provided in the panel. Follow the instructions to install it from the App Store. If the option requires an active plan, return to the account overview and check your plan status; don’t use installation methods from unverified sources. After installing the client, open it and return to the panel to use the matching import option, or add the link manually in the client’s subscription manager.
After importing, update the subscription and select the configuration and route you want to use. When iOS prompts you to add a VPN configuration for the first connection, follow the on-device confirmation steps, then return to the client and connect. If you’ve used another connection app before, make sure its connection is disconnected first. An active VPN status in iOS only means the connection configuration is enabled; follow the checks below to confirm you can access the service you want.
Connect to a Route and Verify Access
Once the client has imported your subscription, choose a route that meets the destination service’s regional requirements and connect. For your first session, keep the client’s recommended default settings and avoid changing proxy mode, per-app rules, and system network settings at the same time. VPNFeel covers 110+ countries and 220+ routes, but the options available depend on your current subscription and client list. Choose a route based on what you need, not just its position in the list.
After connecting, open the international site you want to use in a browser and check that the page loads fully. Then try navigating within the site or using one of its features. For AI tools, send a normal request and check that the response completes. For streaming, play a video rather than just checking that the homepage opens. Site access is separate from account permissions and regional availability; a successful connection doesn’t guarantee that every platform feature will be available.
If a site works in your browser but an app doesn’t, check whether the app is included in the proxy scope and whether it uses its own proxy settings. Command-line tools, developer tools, and some apps don’t automatically follow the system proxy. For these cases, see the Complete Guide to Accessing AI Tools; this page doesn’t cover additional configuration. Keep using the same route while testing, as switching regions frequently makes it harder to identify the cause.
If none of your target sites open, disconnect the client and confirm that your local network works on its own. Then check whether the subscription updated, the right configuration is selected, and the connection is actually enabled. Next, change only the route and compare results, keeping all other settings the same. A failed subscription update and an error on a destination site after connecting are different issues. Note which step the problem occurs at; that’s more useful than a general report that it “won’t connect.”
When submitting a support ticket, include your device’s operating system, client name, the message shown when the issue occurs, and the steps you’ve already tried. Before sharing a screenshot, hide your subscription link, account credentials, and sensitive payment details. For detailed troubleshooting, see the Help Center, or describe the issue in a user panel support ticket. Once your usual apps work, keep the current configuration and update your subscription as prompted by the client.
