Account & Subscriptions
Start by saving your sign-in details, then understand how your devices, client, and subscription configuration work together.
Do I need an email address to create an account? How should I store my account details?
No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. After creating your account, save both in a password manager and make sure you can sign in again before downloading a client or choosing a plan. Don’t store your password and subscription link together in public notes, or share your login details in discussion groups. If you can’t sign in, check your keyboard input, capitalization, and any spaces copied along with your credentials before trying other accounts. Since account creation doesn’t require an email address, don’t assume you can recover your account by email. If you have trouble accessing your account, check the help information on the sign-in page first.
Do I need to choose a new plan when I switch devices?
There’s no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, so switching devices alone doesn’t require a new plan. Sign in to your existing account on the new device, get the client for your platform from the download section, then follow the on-page instructions to retrieve and import your subscription. Configurations usually need to be imported separately on each device; a connection on your old device won’t automatically sync to the new one. When using multiple devices, keep an eye on your account’s data balance and plan status—unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data. Before handing a device to someone else, remove the local subscription configuration and sign out to prevent further use of your account resources.
Where can I find my subscription link, and how do I update the route list?
First, sign in to the user dashboard and find the subscription link in your account overview. Then add the configuration using the import method provided by your client. On devices where you’ve already imported a configuration, use the client’s subscription or configuration page to update it rather than repeatedly adding configurations with the same name. After updating, make sure the newly updated configuration is active, then check whether the route list has changed. If the update fails, check your plan status and local network connection, then copy the complete link from the dashboard again. Your subscription link is an access credential. If you submit a troubleshooting screenshot, hide the full link and don’t share it publicly.
Where can I get the client? How is the iOS download different?
VPNFeel supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. All client downloads are available in the user dashboard’s download section. After signing in, you can get clients for Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux; the iOS download requires an active plan. Getting the client and getting a usable subscription are separate steps. After installing the client, check your plan status and import the subscription as described in the download section. Choose the download for your device’s operating system; don’t use an installer for another platform. For installation and permissions, see the relevant guides.

Connections & Troubleshooting
Check your basic network first, then review your account and configuration. Change one thing at a time to help pinpoint the cause.
I’m connected, but no websites will open. What should I check first?
First, pause the client connection and check whether your local network can access common websites. If they still won’t load, troubleshoot your local network first. Once your basic connection is working, check your plan and data status in the user dashboard, then confirm that the client is using the correct subscription configuration. Update the subscription, choose a route again, and reconnect. Avoid changing several settings at once, or it’ll be difficult to tell which change made a difference. If the issue persists, note your operating system, the client’s error message, the selected route, and the circumstances, then submit a support ticket. Hide your account credentials in any screenshots.
Why can I browse the web but not use a proxy in a particular app?
Being able to browse only confirms that the current route works for that browser; it doesn’t mean every app uses the same route. Check whether split tunneling is enabled in the client and whether the app is excluded. On desktop, also check whether the app uses the system proxy or needs proxy settings configured separately within the app. After changing settings, quit the app completely and reopen it to establish a new connection. If the client offers different traffic-handling modes, read the instructions and test as needed. Don’t enable multiple network interception tools at once without understanding how they work.
What should I do if a subscription update fails or no routes appear after importing?
First, make sure you copied the complete subscription link from the user dashboard, not the sign-in page or a sharing page. Check for extra line breaks or spaces, or missing characters at the end, then confirm that your client supports the selected import format. If your existing configuration is still in use, keep it for now so you have a working reference if the new import fails. Next, check your basic network connection and plan status, then try importing again from the dashboard. If it still fails, submit the exact error message and client name in a support ticket. Don’t include your full subscription link or password.
What should I do if the connection drops after my device goes to sleep or won’t recover after switching networks?
Sleep, battery-saving settings, and network changes can all affect how the client runs. Return to the client and check whether it still shows as connected, then reconnect to the current route and reopen the app you want to use. On Android, check background activity and battery management settings, and allow the client to keep running if needed. On other platforms, check whether the system pauses network connections during sleep. If the issue only happens when switching local networks, note the network conditions before and after the switch, along with any messages shown. Don’t rely on the status icon alone—open the service you want to use and verify that it works.
Speed & Routes
Test page loading, continuous playback, and longer sessions separately. Don’t judge performance by the connection icon alone.
How can I adjust routes when websites slow down or videos buffer during peak hours?
First, check whether only the service you’re using is slow, then see if other apps on the same device are affected too. If your local network is busy, pause other high-bandwidth tasks and compare again. When changing routes, stick to regions supported by the service and try other routes in that region or a different route type. Compare results using the same app and content. Don’t judge speed by route name alone or treat a brief improvement as a long-term guarantee. If the issue persists, report when it occurred, the region, route type, and what you experienced to help distinguish local network issues from cross-border connection issues.
How should I choose between IEPL, relay, and direct routes?
These terms describe how a route is connected; they don’t imply a fixed speed ranking in every situation. First identify the region required by your target service, then compare the routes available in your client. For everyday browsing, check whether pages open and load smoothly. For video, see whether playback buffers over time. For AI tools, check whether sign-in, streaming responses, and longer sessions work without interruption. Change only the route when possible, keeping other conditions consistent so you can compare results. The regions and route types available in your client are what count; similarly named routes may not perform the same way.
Does coverage mean every AI tool or streaming library is available in every region?
VPNFeel covers 110+ countries / 220+ routes, but coverage doesn’t mean every third-party service is available in every region. AI tools and streaming services may also determine availability based on account region, subscription eligibility, exit address, and their own rules. Check the target service’s regional requirements first, then choose a matching route and test access. If a page opens but sign-in or playback fails, note the specific message instead of repeatedly switching regions. For ongoing use, keep your network environment consistent with the service’s rules. A route connection can’t replace third-party account eligibility.
How can I tell whether a connection is suitable for AI chats and streaming?
Test the tasks you actually need to do, not just whether the client says it’s connected. For AI chats, check page loading, sign-in, and whether responses stream continuously. For streaming, check whether the content you need is playable and whether it buffers frequently during viewing. Compare routes using the same device, local network, and content for clearer results. If something goes wrong, distinguish between a network interruption, a regional restriction, an account limitation, and an app error before switching routes. For further troubleshooting, describe the steps you took and the error message in a support ticket instead of reporting only that it doesn’t work.

Billing & Refunds
Check pricing, data reset rules, and order status before changing plans or requesting a refund.
How much is a monthly plan, and when does data reset?
Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the date your plan was activated, so the first day of the calendar month isn’t necessarily your reset date. Before choosing a plan, consider how you use the service and your data usage shown in the dashboard rather than estimating based only on the number of devices. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check the plan and expiration details shown in the dashboard before proceeding. Compare plan tiers on the pricing page, then make changes in the Plans section of the user dashboard.
What’s the difference between a data pack and a monthly plan? Do data packs expire?
Data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They last until used and never expire. Unlike monthly plans, where data resets each month, data packs work differently. Compare them based on how often you use the service and how much data you need, not just the one-time price. If you already have a plan, don’t assume a data pack will combine with it, add to it, or extend its validity. Read the details in the dashboard before proceeding; if they’re unclear, confirm through a support ticket first. You can also check prices and data allowances on the plans page, then return to the dashboard to choose an option.
Which payment methods are supported? What if my dashboard doesn’t update after payment?
We support Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Create an order in the user dashboard and follow the instructions on the order page. Before paying, check the plan, amount, and payment method. Once payment is complete, return to the dashboard and check your order and plan status; don’t assume payment has gone through just because the payment page redirected. If the status hasn’t changed, keep your order details and proof of payment, then describe the issue in a support ticket. Avoid creating and paying for repeated orders, as that makes them harder to verify. Hide personal information that isn’t needed for verification before submitting payment proof. The support ticket reply will provide updates on your case.
How long is the refund period, and where can I request a refund?
VPNFeel offers a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the user dashboard, go to the support ticket section, explain that you’re requesting a refund, and provide the relevant order details. You can review the refund policy beforehand for full eligibility information. If you’re also having connection issues, include your device, route, and error message to help with verification, but never share your password or full subscription link to explain your refund request. Keep your order details and proof of payment, and continue the conversation in the same ticket for easier follow-up. Refund progress and outcomes are based on the actual reply in your ticket; no separate processing time is promised.
